Mr. Beat (Matt Beat) is a teacher, political advocate, and YouTuber from Lawrence, Kansas with more than one million subscribers. Known for his knowledge of American history and dry humor, he’ll be speaking about the importance of civic engagement and his advocacy for uncapping the House — expanding the number of seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.
