Available is a wide variety of authentic Mexican meals available in order to dine in or take out.

Mimi's Taqueria is generously opening the restaurant on Sunday evening just for the friends of Dr. Bob Lorinser, and we're eager to meet you.

$45/meal to attend. Hosts and sponsorships are available with donors listed and thanked on literature and signage during the event. Hosts and sponsors will be seated with Dr. Bob.

Fajitas Chicken or Steak...We use our special recipe to cook tender strips of marinated chicken or steak, sauteed onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes, with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Served with beans, rice, and tortillas.

Carnitas Platter...Seasoned shredded pork, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, and tortillas.

Chimichanga...Deep-fried burrito stuffed with your choice of meat and topped with cheese sauce. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, rice, and beans.

Enchilada Platter...Three ground beef or shredded chicken enchiladas with your choice of green or red sauce on top. Served with rice and beans.

Mimi’s Tamales...Three tamales with your choice of green pork or red chicken, topped with melted shredded cheese. Served with rice and beans.

Taco Platter...Three Tacos with your choice of meat, lettuce, and cheese with flour or corn tortilla served with a side of beans and rice.
