Event Ticket Terms & Conditions Important Notice to Attendees By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Admission Admission is subject to venue capacity, security requirements, and compliance with all event and venue rules. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, unlawful, threatening, or poses a safety concern. 2. Age Requirements This event is being held at a venue that serves alcoholic beverages. Attendees must comply with all applicable age restrictions and alcohol service laws. Valid Government-issued ID is required for entry and alcohol purchases. 3. Alcohol Consumption Attendees who choose to consume alcoholic beverages do so voluntarily and assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption. The event organizers, sponsors, speakers, venue owners, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for any injury, accident, illness, property damage, or legal consequences arising from an attendee's consumption of alcohol. 4. Assumption of Risk Attendance at this event is voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loos, theft, or other damages that may occur before, during or after the event. 5. Political Content This event may include political discussions, opinions, advocacy, candidate appearances, or policy-related presentations. Views expressed by speakers, guests, sponsors, or attendees are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the event organizers, venue, sponsors, or affiliated organizations. 6. Photography, Video, and Media Release By entering the event, you consent to being photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded. You grant the event organizers and their designees permission to use your image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, livestreams, promotional materials, social media, websites, and other media without compensation or further approval. 7. Ticket Sales and Refunds All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the event organizers. Event dates, speakers, schedules, and programming are subject to change without notice. 8.Release of Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Texas Law, attendees release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, venue owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event. 9. Compliance with Laws Attendees agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, venue policies, and lawful instructions from event staff and security personnel. 10. Acceptance of Terms Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Political Contributions Notice: Ticket purchases may constitute political contributions under applicable federal, state, and/or local campaign finance law. Contributions are not tax deductible. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser certifies that the contribution is made from personal funds and is not prohibited by applicable law.
