Texas Democratic Women will meet in Convention February 22-24, 2019 in Austin at the Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference Center, 3401 S. I-H 35. Sponsors receive special reserved seating at the 7 p.m. Saturday evening Gala Awards Dinner and extra beverage tickets at the 6 p.m. pre-dinner reception. (Semi-formal, after 6 attire is encouraged.) According to sponsorship level they may also receive a display ad in the event program sized according to level of support, a 1-year Finance Council membership in TDW, and recognition on event signage and from the podium. Please note we cannot guarantee that ad copy submitted after January 31 will be in time for inclusion in the program.

(Special note: TDW members, please plan ahead and organize who will be sitting at your sponsored table before your members register for the Convention. Monies received by TDW, including dinner reservations, are political contributions and not refundable.)

Sponsorship Levels

 $10,000 Sabine Level Sponsors receive:

• A reserved table for 10 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 20 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception
• A full page (7.75 in wide x 10.25 in deep) program ad
• One Finance Council membership in TDW for 2019.

$5,000 Trinity Level Sponsors receive:

• A reserved table for 10 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 20 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception
• A half page (7.75 in wide x 5 in deep) program ad
• One Finance Council membership in TDW for 2019.

$2,500 Brazos Level Sponsors receive:

• A reserved table for 10 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 20 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception
• A quarter page (3.75 in wide x 5 in deep) program ad
• One Finance Council membership in TDW for 2019.

$1,500 Guadalupe Level Sponsors receive:

• A reserved table for 10 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 10 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception
• An eighth page (3.75 in wide x 2.45 in deep) program ad
• One Finance Council membership in TDW for 2019.

$1,000 Rio Grande Level Sponsors receive:

• A reserved table for 10 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 10 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception

$500 Red River Level Sponsors receive:

• Reserved seating for 5 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 5 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception

$250 Nueces Level Sponsors receive:

• Reserved seating for 2 at the Gala Awards Dinner and 2 beverage tickets for the pre-dinner reception

Please note: As a Texas PAC, TDW is prohibited from accepting contributions from certain corporations or from the general funds of labor organizations that include union member dues.

The deadline on artwork and wording to be included in the program is January 31.

Ad dimensions for the 8.5 x 11 inch program are:

• Full page: 7.75 in wide x 10.25 in deep
• Half page: 7.75 in wide x 5 in deep
• Quarter page: 3.75 in wide x 5 in deep
• Eighth page: 3.75 in wide x 2.45 in deep

In any case, the following information is required by email to treasurer@tdw.org, subject line "TDW CONVENTION SPONSORSHIP" no later than January 31, 2019:

• The names and any dietary restrictions of everyone to be seated at the sponsored Gala Awards Dinner table.
• The name of the person the sponsor is designating for TDW Finance Council membership for 2019, if applicable, and that person's contact information (address, phone, email).
