I’m Tiffany Koyama Lane. My vision for Portland is a safe, housed, connected city where everyone can thrive.

Call me Teacher Tiffany. I’m a third-grade teacher, union organizer, and mom, and I’m running for Portland City Council in District 3. For 15 years I’ve been fighting for kids and families in our schools. Now it’s time to bring the fight to City Hall.

As your City council member for District 3, I will fight for: A Portland, with common-sense, proven solutions to public safety like Portland Street Response, and policies that address the root causes of crime. A Portland, with better permitting and land use to improve housing supply and affordability— and increased rental protections to keep families in their homes. A Portland, where streets are built for safety, transit is plentiful, and our public spaces are vibrant and joyful.
