I am running for public office because I want to serve my community on a policy level and address the needs of residents of my district. I also believe that our kids deserve a world class education that isn't determined by your zip code, background or access to private schooling. Along with personal determination and perseverance, great schools and teachers made a difference in my own life — and I know they can make a difference for thousands of other children in our communities. As an educator I have helped thousands of kids succeed and in the office I will bring this passion and experience to help tens of thousands more.
