Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Team Raja Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $10,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate
committee will be allocated to the federal account of the Democratic Party of Illinois. The next $2,900/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate committee will be allocated to the Friends of Raja for Congress for use in the general election. The next $5,000/$5,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate committee will be allocated to Reviving American Jobs Again PAC. The final $255,500/$105,000 of each contribution from a person/multi-candidate committee will be allocated to DCCC as follows: the first $36,500/$15,000 to the general fund; and the next $219,000/$90,000 to the recount or building fund, in DCCC’s sole discretion.
Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
