Support Tech Workers Action

Tech Workers Action is a tech worker driven, policy-focused initiative to bring our perspective on the human impact of the industry into the public discourse.

As a voting bloc, we are more progressive than the companies that we work for, and we believe it’s time for our voices to be heard in the conversations that will decide the future of our products, our industry, our communities, and our livelihoods.

Our mission is to build a public, legislative, and regulatory environment that steers technology and the technology industry towards civil responsibility and lasting change through accountability to a democratic society.

Tech workers care about a wide variety of issues including employment structure, bias and ethics, personal data, equitable access to technology, and corporate governance.

We believe that tech workers need a seat at the table if truly equitable solutions to these and other issues are to be built. Your contribution will help us get there.
