Last year, we launched The Montana Plan - a new legal strategy that could make Citizens United irrelevant across all 50 states. Since then, we’ve made great strides and over 10,000 of you across the country have stepped up to support us on this journey!

Now, Robert Reich has highlighted The Montana Plan as the path forward to getting rid of Citizens United, and over a dozen states have joined Montana to begin their efforts.

So far, the following states have stepped up, and more are on the way: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
