The stakes of this race could not be any higher. Governor Youngkin and the VA GOP want to win this seat so they can:

• REPEAL the popular “Red Flag” gun Law, which keeps guns out of the hands of dangerous and mentally unstable individuals.
• REDUCE or ELIMINATE background checks for firearms purchases.
• RESTRICT voting access for Virginians.

As Delegate for the 76th District, I have been a steadfast advocate for our community and will continue to do so in the Senate. 

My accomplishments and commitments include:

• Cosponsored HB 2387 which incentivizes gun owners to purchase firearm safety devices (passed February 2023).
• Voted to strengthen background check laws & close loopholes threatening public safety.
• Voted to protect and expand voting rights.

I am dedicated to addressing the needs and concerns of the citizens in the 17th District and the Commonwealth. I have a proven track record of actively serving my community in the legislature, as a U.S. Army veteran, and through my involvement in churches, civic leagues, and other organizations. I am committed to advocating for my constituents and supporting legislation that promotes community safety.
