The limits to The Colorado Way are $12,000 per person and will be allocated as follows: The first $5,000 of each contribution from an individual / multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Common Sense Colorado PAC. The next $3,500 / $5,000 of each contribution from an individual / multicandidate PAC will be allocated to Bennet for Colorado and designated for the 2028 primary election. Any remaining funds will be allocated to Bennet for Colorado and designated for the 2028 general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting the Bennet Team. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.

Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows:
For contributions from multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 of
each contribution made through the date of the 2028 Primary
election will be allocated to Bennet for Colorado allocated to the
primary election, the next $5,000 will be allocated to Common
Sense Colorado, and the following $5,000 will be allocated to
Bennet for Colorado for the general election; after the primary, the
first $5,000 will be allocated to Common Sense Colorado. The
next $5,000 of each contribution will be allocated to Bennet for
Colorado for the general election. Any additional amount will be
refunded.
For contributions from individuals and other federally permissible
persons, the first $3,500 of each contribution made through the
primary will be allocated to Bennet for Colorado allocated to the
primary election, the next $5,000 will be allocated to the Common
Sense Colorado, and the following $3,500 will be allocated to
Bennet for Colorado for the general election; after the primary, the
first $5,000 will be allocated to Common Sense Colorado. The next
$3,500 of each contribution will be allocated to Bennet for
Colorado for the general election. Any additional amount will be
