Contributions through this fund go to support Representative André Carson, Representative Ilhan Omar, and Representative Rashida Tlaib. These Congressional members are proud to represent the Muslim population and are working everyday to make the US a safe and welcoming place.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to The Empowerment Fund will be allocated as follows:
Contributions will be divided equally between Ilhan for Congress, Rashida Tlaib for Congress and Andre Carson for Congress. The first $ 2800 from a person to any one committee is designated to the primary election and the second $ 2800 is designated to the general election. The first $ 5000 from a multi-candidate political committee is designated to the primary election and the second $ 5000 is designated to the general election.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting whitney@whitneyburns.net. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
