The Holberg Plan: A Mayoral Candidate's Vision for Chicago

Be part of Chicago history as you read through the first ever campaign book written by a candidate for mayor. The book discusses Joe's background, the foundations for a growing, vibrant city, and practical plans, policies, and priorities and his vision for leading the city. It closes with a vision of "The City of Tomorrow" and what we might become as we strive to build a better city together.

We made no little plans previously, it is time to do so again.
