Our electoral work focuses on winning governing majorities in the states by making state legislative campaigns more effective and better-funded. We do it because we believe that state legislative majorities are the strongest force for change in this country.

Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions or gifts to The PAC for America’s Future are not tax deductible. Contributors should fill out all fields in the contribution form, including name, residential address, occupation, employer name, and employer's city/state. If self-employed, please list the name through which you do business in the “employer” field. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose required information to the IRS. The PAC for America’s Future files public reports disclosing its contributors with the IRS and states in accordance with state election laws.
Under federal law, The PAC for America’s Future can accept contributions from U.S. citizens or lawfully admitted permanent residents (i.e., green card holders) but cannot accept contributions from foreign nationals.
The PAC for America's Future does not accept contributions from for-profit corporations or their PACs.
