Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  3. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
As of January 1, 2021, contributions to The Speaker Fund will be limited to $26,000 for the Primary Election and $26,000 for the General Election. The Speaker Fund is the designated Legislative Caucus Committee (LCC) for the House Democratic Caucus. Contributions solicited for The Speaker Fund will be spent in accordance with state law, meaning, in support of Democratic candidates running for the NM State House in the General Election. The Speaker Fund does not allow for the earmarking of contributions.
