Lift Up Contra Costa (LUCC) is a group of economic, labor, environmental and racial justice organizations that have come together to develop a county-wide civic engagement table. Together, the table lifts up the voices of people of color, particularly low-wage workers, tenants, and immigrants, so that they can have influence on the issues that most affect them and their families. We are working to maintain progressive political power in Richmond, deepen the organizing blooming in Concord, and establish and grow organizing in East County communities such as Pittsburg, Antioch, and Bay Point.
