There are thirteen hours remaining in 2011, which means we have 13 hours left before our end of year fundraising deadline with the FEC. Believe it or not, I am still making calls and our office is still bustling with activity as we try to reach our goal.

We are less than $3,000 away from our target and our staff is hoping to make it home at a reasonable hour. We will keep making calls, sending emails and tracking down pledges for as long as it takes.

California’s new top-two primary system means we need to begin our voter contact program early and this fundraising report will be a signal to the national parties that Riverside County is ready for change.

I know we have asked you for financial support before but I promise this is the last time we will ask in 2011!
