Donate to the South Dakota Abortion Rights Ballot Initiative

Dakotans for Health, the official sponsor of the South Dakota 2024 Abortion Rights Ballot Measure, Amendment G, has built a strong coalition representing diverse voices across South Dakota. Together, we crafted a policy initiative to ensure comprehensive reproductive rights in our state, which currently has the harshest abortion ban in the country.


We are excited to announce that we have officially qualified Amendment G for the November ballot. On May 17th, after a record-breaking effort, over 50,000 registered South Dakota voters signed our petitions, making this achievement possible.

We are seeking funding for the next phase of the campaign.


Your donation will support our efforts to inform and mobilize voters. Your support ensures every South Dakotan’s voice is heard.

Contribution rules

  1. I am at least eighteen years old.
  2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
  3. I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
  4. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts to Dakotans for Health Abortion Rights Ballot Campaign are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. Dakotans for Health does not accept earmarked contributions. Contributions over $100 must be publicly disclosed, pursuant to South Dakota campaign finance laws.
