A bombshell report from ProPublica revealed that for more than 20 years, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been regularly treated to luxury vacations by billionaire Republican mega-donor Harlan Crow -- and, crucially, Thomas has not disclosed ANY of these gifts as he is required to by law.
Now, the Supreme Court is infamously not subject to the same ethical guidelines -- the "Code of Conduct for United States Judges" -- that every other federal judge must follow. But in this case, Justice Thomas appears to have flat-out broken the law that requires ALL Federal officials to disclose most gifts they receive, notably including travel expenses.
Thomas' repeated conflicts of interest undermine the supposed impartiality of the Supreme Court. He’s not going to resign voluntarily, so he must be impeached now.
