Corporations like AT&T, UPS, Comcast, Home Depot, and General Electric have openly pledged their allegiance to profit over principles, donating millions to politicians who actively assault the rights and livelihoods of LGBTQ+ individuals. Their audacious doublespeak -- parading in rainbow colors during Pride Month, then bankrolling the very hands that pen oppression -- is a stark betrayal.
As Republican extremist state legislatures churn out a record number of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, the march toward progress is not only halted but reversed, casting a shadow over the hard-won rights of the LGBTQ+ community. This represents a direct, flagrant attack on people’s right to exist.
