ICE accountability billboards are up! They say: "ICE agents aren't above Minnesota law." Donate to keep them up and expand the campaign now >>

ICE agents who break state or local laws must be held accountable. That's why we've put them on notice with billboards in Minnesota that send the message: BREAK STATE LAW. GO TO JAIL. Look:

On January 7 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, an American citizen was killed by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent.

On January 24, it happened again when Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents once again killed an American citizen in broad daylight on a city street.

Tragically, these killings are part of a broader pattern of unchecked violence, impunity, and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies against members of our communities.

Justice must apply to anyone who violates the law, including ICE agents. Our new billboards are putting ICE agents on notice and encouraging people to call 911 to report illegal activity and create a record of their crimes.

The billboards say: "ICE agents aren't above Minnesota law. Illegal conduct can be prosecuted. Support your community. Call 911 to report illegal ICE activity."

The bottom line? When ICE agents commit crimes, state and local police must intervene, arrest, and charge them to preserve public safety and civil order. We've got to send the message that if ICE agents break the law, they'll go to jail and the president can't pardon them.

Thanks to support from people like you, we've been able to join with Democracy for America Action Fund and put up these billboards. Now, can you please rush a split donation to help us keep these billboards up?
