Fund the Fight demanding Congress expand the Supreme Court Now >>

The Supreme Court of the United States is supposed to be the ultimate defender of our constitutional rights, but it is in a deep crisis of credibility, corroded by blatant partisan politics, corporate influence, and conflicts of interest that are steadily eroding public trust and undermining our democratic ideals.

It’s clear the current composition of the court leans heavily conservative, prioritizing the interests of corporations, the wealthy, and partisan politics over the welfare and rights of everyday Americans.

The gutting of the Voting Rights Act, the overturning of Roe v. Wade and the blocking of President Biden's eviction moratorium have reflected that they have allegiance to narrow partisan interests, not justice or upholding constitutional rights.

This is an attack of the very principles that underpin our democratic society and we must fight it by advocating for comprehensive judicial reform, rallying support for the expansion of the Supreme Court, and fostering a collective demand for transparency, accountability, and non-partisanship within our highest court.
