George Santos, the disgraced Republican member of the United States House of Representatives who represents New York's 3rd congressional district, was indicted on federal charges of wire fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds, and lying to Congress.
These are serious crimes showing Santos doesn’t have the character fit to serve in public office. He has no business occupying a position of significant influence anywhere, let alone Congress where he holds immense power.
