No one is beyond the reach of the law, except, it seems, the nation’s preeminent guardians and protectors of the law.
The Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal and Transparency Act would:
Justices cannot police themselves for conflicts of interest, for breaching the clear Constitutional lines separating the Judicial and Executive branches, or for unethical pillow talk with spouses. It's up to us to make it happen.
