FOUR YEARS AGO, in the early throes of the pandemic, I ran to represent the South End in the VT House. Today, I’m humbled and excited to ask for your support once again.

What do I bring to the table?

• A natural ability to build bridges across political divides and personalities.
• Attention to detail, as evidenced by identifying three state budgets - all of them equity related - that the Administration overlooked.
• Dogged persistence that saw me spend FOUR years convincing two committees to pass the THIRD draft of a crucial bill to reform the process by which people are substantiated for child abuse.
• The creativity to chart multiple paths forward when funding recovery housing hit a roadblock. 

And a commitment to policies that make Vermont more affordable, more equitable, and safer for our most vulnerable citizens.
