Support Tina Nalls for At-Large Jersey City Council!

Tina Nalls is a pillar of the Jersey City community and a relentless advocate for families, children, seniors, and the unhoused. Over the past 28 years, she has dedicated herself to uplifting others through service, compassion, and unwavering commitment.

Whether providing clothing to families through her nonprofit, supporting new mothers, advocating at City Council meetings, or working with Team Walker to help residents gain employment and housing, Tina shows up for the people every single day.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, and raised in Jersey City, Tina overcame early hardship and transformed her struggles into a lifetime of service. She is the founder and Executive Director of Community Treasures, a 501(c)(3) that provides essentials such as clothing, food, strollers, and car seats to thousands of residents in need. She currently serves as an aide to Councilman Frank Gilmore and is a respected voice in City Hall.

Over the years, Tina has hosted children’s proms, held baby showers for new mothers with no family support, and run weekly donation drives that restore dignity and joy to residents facing hard times. Her work is deeply rooted in love, faith, and a belief that every person deserves to be celebrated, not just supported.

Her campaign as an At-Large candidate focuses on bringing real, lasting investment to Jersey City’s most vulnerable communities. She is committed to fighting for affordable housing, accessible childcare, strong youth programs, environmental protection, and safety for all, especially those who feel most forgotten by City Hall.

Tina is running At-Large to represent all residents of Jersey City, from Greenville to the Heights, with the same dedication and grit she has shown for nearly three decades. Her message is clear: this city should work for everyone.
