Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to TMVVV Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $17,500 of each contribution from a federally permissible person or $25,000 of each contribution from a federal multicandidate PAC will be split evenly between Derek Tran for Congress, Kristen for Michigan, Gabe Vasquez for Congress, Marni von Wilpert for Congress, and Villegas for Congress for the 2026 general election; provided, however, that any amount allocated to Derek Tran for Congress that would exceed the donor’s contribution limit will instead be allocated to Sua Sponte PAC. The next amount, up to a total of $5,000, will be allocated to Sua Sponte PAC. Any remaining amount, up to an additional $10,000 from a federally permissible person and up to an additional $5,000 from a federal multi-candidate PAC, will be allocated to the California Democratic Party’s federal account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting compliance@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
