Councilman Todd Frantz is seeking re-election to Hightstown Borough Council, joined by first-time candidate Stephanie Spann. Todd & Stephanie are long-time residents of Hightstown with a history of volunteerism.


During his time on council, Todd has served as liaison to the Environmental Commission and First Aid Squad. With a background as an environmental consultant and project manager, Todd brings a valuable perspective to Borough government.


Stephanie is a member of the Borough's Cultural Arts Commission and formerly the Parks & Recreation Commission. If you've attended one of Hightstown's "Fun Fridays", you may recognize her as coordinator of these events. Stephanie also is the current Exalted Ruler of Hightstown Elks Lodge #1955.
