New Jersey election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $300 in an election cycle. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Political contributions from partnerships, LLCs, and LLPs must be attributed to individual partners or members. Cash contributions cannot exceed $50. Contributions by foreign nationals or entities are not permitted.
