The downshifting of state expenses to our local communities is wrong and must stop.


As a retired NH public school educator, administrator and coach I have witnessed firsthand how the State’s failure to pay its obligations places an unreasonable and unfair burden on the local taxpayer --- It is unsustainable.


I am running for the NH State House to represent Manchester Wards 2, 4, 5 & 7 to fix this terrible situation. We need people now more than ever to take the lead in correcting this off-balanced and unfair approach to running government. 


Taxes are necessary for needed services and for effectively functioning communities. All Granite Staters need to be valued and given a chance to succeed without the burden of the State continuing to downshift expenses and ignore its responsibility.
