Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Torres Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
The first $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the first $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Torres for Congress for the 2024 Primary Election. The next $3,300 of a contribution from a person and the next $5,000 of a contribution from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Torres for Congress for the 2024 General Election, unless the Primary election has already occurred, in which case the contribution will be considered designated only to the General election. The next funds up to $5,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to La Bamba PAC. The following funds up to $5,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to Equality PAC and any remaining funds up to $10,000 from a person and $5,000 from a multi-candidate Federal PAC will be allocated to the New York State Democratic Committee.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
