Please support our struggle for justice!
On February 1, 2025 the Trump Administration announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status protections for more than 600,000 Venezuelan TPS holders. This marks the first of a series of expected attacks on humanitarian relief that puts more than one million TPS holders at risk of losing documented status.
The National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON), the National TPS Alliance (NTPSA), the Central American Resource Center (CARECEN-LA), and the Center for Immigration Law and Policy at UCLA School of Law (CILP) are working together to: (1) defend the equal rights of TPS holders and their families; (2) protect TPS from attacks; and (3) achieve lawful permanent residence for TPS holders from all countries choosing to plant roots in the United States.
But we need your help. Your contribution will fund the legal work we are doing to protect TPS for Venezuela (NTPSA v Noem), support grassroots organizing, leadership development, and communication strategies to protect all TPS holders to the benefit of the country and all immigrants.
Your support strengthens our collective fight for justice and ensures that the voices of those impacted by these attacks are heard and protected.
