Executive Director Rich Stolz is proud to welcome Roxana Norouzi as OneAmerica’s new Executive Director. After nearly a decade and countless victories for immigrant rights, Rich is stepping down to focus on family. Roxana has served as OneAmerica's dynamic Deputy Director for the past 4 years, leaning on and growing from her own lived immigrant experience and two decades of organizing and movement building.
We have ambitious plans for just immigration, education, and democratic systems that work for all of us. Achieving these won't be easy, and they will require all of us to join together to invest in our shared future.
