Trevor Redl

Re-Elect Trevor Redl For Dutchess County Legislature

When I ran for County Legislature, I promised to deliver thoughtful, practical solutions that make Dutchess County a more affordable and vibrant place to live.

In just my first year, we've already made meaningful progress.

Together, we've:

  • Created the Dutchess County Housing Working Group.
  • Initiated the first countywide Housing Plan.
  • Advanced more than $7 million toward creating new housing.
  • Created tax incentives for accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
  • Invested in Dutchess Community College.
  • Secured grants for safer streets and more walkable communities.
  • Advanced legislation to reduce plastic waste.
  • Supported expanded veterans' property tax exemptions.
  • Established oversight for emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
  • Increased compensation for preschool/early childhood special ed reimbursement rates.

But our work is far from finished.

My priorities remain clear:

  • Affordable Homes — Advancing the first Dutchess County Housing Plan so families, seniors, and young people can afford to stay rooted here.
  • Thriving Small Businesses — Supporting the local businesses that keep our communities strong.
  • Money That Stays Local — Investing wisely in projects that strengthen Dutchess County and protect taxpayers.
  • Better Buses & Safer Streets — Creating safer streets, improving public transit, and building more walkable communities.
  • A Healthier Environment — Protecting open space while advancing practical environmental solutions.

I'm running for re-election because I believe government should be measured by results—not rhetoric.

If you believe in practical leadership that listens, delivers, and plans for the future, I'd be honored to have your support. Every contribution helps us reach more voters and continue building a stronger Dutchess County.

Thank you for being part of this campaign!
