As the lead chaplain of the Topeka Police Department, Tobias understands firsthand the needs of our state. He is a proven community leader who will work hard for you.
In 2011, when Sam Brownback tried to shutdown the Kansas Neurological Institute, Tobias led the successful effort to protect critical services for Kansans with disabilities. Ever since then, he has continued the fight for those most vulnerable in our community.
Far-right GOP leadership in the legislature is holding our state back. With your help, we can:
- fully fund our public schools
- expand Medicaid
- stand up for the LGBTQ+ community
- protect women's reproductive freedom

- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
The maxmim contribution allowed is $500 for an individual, business or organization. $1000 is the maximum per couple.
