Phillipe Cunningham, is a trans man of color who has advocated for trans Minneapolitans as a staffer for Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges and is competing for the Ward 4 seat. With a strong background of working in public schools, working for racial equity and bringing diverse voices to the table, Phillipe is the leader Minneapolis needs. But he can't do it alone.
