This election will hinge on voter turnout. We need massive turnout to win big. That's why this fund invests in on-the-ground strategies to turn out the vote for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and other Democrats on the ballot in crucial battleground states.
This Act Blue fund sends your money directly to the grassroots organizations working to turn out hard-to-reach voters - especially voters of color.

Many potential voters aren't being reached. A strong ground game, engaging voters safely - including socially distanced in-person conversations - has never been more critical.
With additional resources, these organizations can expand operations to find and talk to potential voters who haven't been getting enough information; Voters who could easily swing this election.
DemCast, the fund sponsor, is also included in the fund. As a non-profit social-purpose organization, we will be targeting digital messaging to voters of color in key swing states & districts through November 3rd.
