Only individuals who are American citizens or permanent resident aliens that reside in the United States may contribute. Only corporations who are incorporated in the United States, who utilize U.S. proceeds for the contribution, and for which the decision to contribute was made by an American citizen or lawfully admitted permanent residents may contribute. The Way Ahead does not accept contributions during regular legislative sessions.

If your company has submitted a bid or proposal, except in the case of a competitive sealed bid, pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act, the Public-Private Transportation Act, or the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act where the stated or expected value of the contract is $5 million or more, your company and its directors and officers are prohibited from contributing to The Way Ahead during the period beginning when the bid or proposal is submitted and ending when the contract is awarded or comprehensive agreement is executed.
