The National Democratic Redistricting Committee is required to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals who contribute $200 or more in the aggregate in a calendar year. Federal law imposes taxes and penalties on political organizations for failing to disclose this information to the IRS. Contributions are not accepted from foreign nationals (individuals or corporations) or nationally chartered banks.
