Our Fight For Voting Rights

The Texas Young Democrats are filing suit against the State of Texas. After the passage of HB 1888 in the 86th Legislature, Mobile Voting locations have been drastically scaled back, disproportionately affecting youth voters in Texas and their access to the polls.

With a rise in turnout by young voters across the country, we could not stand idly by as voices across the state have been silenced.
