46th Equal Opportunity Day Dinner

The Urban League of Union County invites you to celebrate a night of excellence with us at our 46th Equal Opportunity Day Dinner! Our event includes a reception, dinner, and presentation of our Partnership and Empowerment Awards. 

 

Equal Opportunity Day was created by the National Urban League to urge all Americans from all sectors of our society to rededicate themselves to the affirmation of their belief that “all men are created equal” and to pledge their allegiance to the fulfillment of the American democratic ideal. The Urban League of Union County (ULUC) is a non-profit community service organization founded in 1944. We are one of 90 affiliates of the National Urban League. The Urban League has a trained staff oversees training programs, secures jobs, motivates youth, host community events, and provides essential services in education, housing, health, employment, and welfare. “Our Mission is to assist African Americans and other underserved people in the achievement of social and economic equality.”
