Vision
Our vision is an Arizona where economic prosperity is achieved by addressing the challenges that impact working people. By electing leaders who listen to understand, we will create a state where every Arizonan has the chance to succeed and to thrive.
Mission
Our mission is to elect candidates who will center Arizona’s working class through recognition of how social issues are intertwined with economic prosperity. We are committed to listening to Arizonans from all walks of life, understanding the daily challenges they face, and giving this feedback to our endorsed candidates. Through innovative outreach, organizing, and building lasting relationships with stakeholders—including candidates, organizations, and communities—we will create a political landscape where social issues and economic opportunity are not separate goals, but two sides of the same coin. By empowering young voters and organizing year-round, we will ensure that the voices of those most affected by economic hardships are heard, valued, and represented.
Goals
Identify and elect candidates who support our vision of economic prosperity for working people across Arizona.
Conduct listen-to-understand sessions involving people from all walks of life to learn what issues are affecting Arizonans on a day-to-day basis after which feedback can be shared with stakeholders to identify policy solutions.
Cultivate relationships on Arizona college campuses through innovative outreach methods to empower college students to build power by amplifying the economic concerns of young Arizonans.
Establish innovative organizing, voter mobilization and get out the vote efforts to build capacity year-round, not just during an election cycle.
Strategy
Provide support to competitive candidates through their election by establishing resources and offering monetary contributions.
Execute an outreach plan to reach Arizonans whose voices often go unheard.
Conduct digital outreach through a combination of relational organizing, digital advertisement, and a robust social media presence.
Developing relationships with student organization leaders on Arizona campuses will facilitate the implementation of our youth organizing plan.
