Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Upstate Victory Fund will be allocated as follows:
Individuals may contribute up to $13,200 to Upstate Victory Fund. Multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $20,000. All contributions will be allocated equally among Gillibrand for Senate, Pat Ryan for Congress, Josh Riley for Congress, and Mondaire for Congress (each a “Participant”). Gillibrand for Senate does not accept contributions from Corporate PACs or federal lobbyists, so those contributions will be allocated among the other Participants. Corporate contributions are prohibited.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting cjgrover@vlpc.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
