The UTOPIA EMPOWERMENT CENTER of Little Rock is finally OPEN!. A safe space designed to educate, celebrate and empower black and brown LGBTQ people through culturally-specific innovative programming, and the creation of safe, social spaces.
The UTOPIA EMPOWERMENT CENTER is the first-of-its-kind in Pulaski County, providing primary care services, programs for health, wellness and community connections.
