Stand With Veterans to Defend Seattle’s Civil Liberties
Veterans For Peace and Seattle Indivisible have come together to launch the United Veteran-Civilian Response (UVCR) campaign.
Rapid defense of American principles
If active service troops are deployed in Seattle, UVCR will immediately step forward to lead a peaceful, principled response—one they are uniquely prepared to deliver. Our duty is to the Constitution and to one another.
Persisting until mission accomplished
The UVCR campaign is prepared to maintain visible presence day and night: communicating at street level with troops, with the public on social media and the press, evening light projection, highway banners - until our city is free from military occupation.
Organized & united
UVCR's culture of veteran & civilian patriotism is powered entirely by volunteers. Nine coordinated teams have committed enormous time, labor and personal resources to restore peace, freedom and the proper role of our military.
How your donation helps
Your contribution will help us with the cost of essential basic supplies and materials.
We have set a short-term fundraising goal of $3,000, enough to sustain one full month of daily action. If military presence continues beyond that, we will transparently return to the community for additional needs.
Take Action Now
If you believe veterans should help lead peaceful resistance to the misuse of military force—and that Seattle and America deserve protection rooted in constitutional values—please donate today. Even a small contribution makes a real difference.
