In counties with vacancies, we will

use your donation wisely to:

• Organize meetings of local Democrats to explain the important role a county chair has in local elections;
• Recruit a new chair (and precinct chairs);
• Onboard the new chair and assist them in acquiring resources needed by a newly formed Democratic Party;
• Provide mentorship and training;
• Assist new Chairs in recruiting and training Election Judges and Clerks;
• Provide networking opportunities for Chairs to learn from and support each other;
