Grassroots organizing is powered by grassroots support.

Valley Forward is a community-based organization that empowers students and youth activists to engage and mobilize Central Valley neighbors around shared values and concerns. Our mission is to connect with neighbors to community resources and remove barriers to civic participation and public officials.


Valley Forward Action Fund is our vehicle to organize neighbors into action by supporting candidates that share our values.


Why should you support Valley Forward?

  • We recruit, train and mentor dozens of bilingual Organizers every semester that are hyper motivated youth activists and elected student officials.
  • Our campaigns utilize state-of-the-art mobile devices and computer softwares for canvassing efforts, phone-banking events and voter registration drives for maximum voter education.
  • Valley Forward is supported by labor unions, youth advocacy organizations, community partnerships and grassroots activists.
