Valley Forward is a youth leadership organization founded in 2018 by labor unions in the Central Valley seeking to empower the next generation of leaders. Our mission is to advocate for social and economic equity for all workers. We recruit, train, and mentor bilingual college students from immigrant backgrounds to be the agents of change. Our students receive valuable exposure to critical systemic issues affecting local communities and are given the skills necessary to become advocates for policy change.

Since 2018, we have hosted more than 200 students who have knocked on over 400,000 doors and engaged with 100,000 workers.

Valley Forward Action Fund is our vehicle to organize neighbors into action by supporting candidates that share our values.

Why should you support Valley Forward?
