I believe in a Democratic Party that opens doors to opportunity, lifts up working families, and makes sure every community has a seat at the table. I believe our strength has never come from how powerful we are as individuals, but from what we can accomplish as a coalition when we come together. My journey from growing up in the projects of Maravilla, to working in a grocery store, to working in the labor movement, to serving at every level of our Democratic Party has taught me that when we organize, when we listen, and when we invest in one another, we can accomplish extraordinary things.

Now, I am asking you to join me as I seek to serve as Vice Chair of the California Democratic Party. This is about more than a title or a position. It is about building a party that reaches every county, empowers every grassroots leader, welcomes every voice, and gives every community the tools to succeed. It is about making sure no community is overlooked, rebuilding our party block by block, and that no voice is left unheard.
