The purpose of this Leadership PAC is to protect and promote democratic values, including electing Democratic candidates to state and county offices, supporting leadership development, education, and civic engagement across Colorado. To achieve this, the VanDijk Leadership PAC focuses on four key pillars:

• Electoral Support: Providing financial, strategic, and grassroots backing to Democratic candidates running for state legislative, statewide, and county-level offices who demonstrate a commitment to equitable public policy and effective governance.
• Leadership Pipeline Development: Identifying, training, and mentoring a diverse coalition of emerging leaders, campaign staff, and community advocates—particularly in historically underrepresented and rural communities—to build a sustainable bench of future public servants.
• Voter Education & Civic Engagement: Supporting continuing education programs, non-partisan voter registration efforts, and policy forums to inform Coloradans on critical state and local issues, promote civic participation, and strengthen trust in democratic institutions.
• Statewide Coalition Building: Collaborating with community organizations, labor, and local leaders to address key statewide priorities, including economic opportunity, public education, environmental stewardship, and accessible healthcare.
